It took a local cheese brand 31 years to get a celebrity face for its advertising campaign, but it it did so in a powerful way. By harnessing the wholesome power of actress Judy Ann Santos-Agoncilllo, with her daughter Yohan at that, Eden Cheese effectively reaches out to practical, nurturing moms throughout the country.
“The Eden mom is maalaga, and she is confident about her choices; she already knows what’s best for her brood,” Eden Cheese representatives noted at the introduction of the actress recently.
Family is obviously top priority for Juday, as the star is affectionately called. Offers continue to pour in — a movie with actor Coco Martin, a movie with box-office king John Lloyd Cruz, a teleserye, etc. — but she says she only chooses projects that will allow her to have time for her family. “Most of the time, I cannot be away from my kids; dapat huwag sabay-sabay ang trabaho,” she said.
Judy Ann’s love for cooking is known to many, and in fact, her hosting of the Philippine franchise of Junior Masterchef was such a hit, it is said the adult version will be made soon.
