The two worked opposite each other in "Puso Ko Ay Iingatan Ka," where John Lloyd played as Judy Ann's brother. According to her, they ended up as good friends because of the project.
"Gusto kong makatrabaho si John Lloyd kasi baby boy ko yan, eh. Naging close din kami ng sobra noon, then biglang nawala na lang hanggang sikat na sikat na siya. Pero pag nagkikita kami, eh, napakabait pa rin."
Juday also revealed that even before, she already saw the potential of Lloydie to become one of the most sought-after actors of his generation.
"Noon pa man, eh, magaling na talaga siyang artista. Nakita ko kung gaano kamahal ni John Lloyd ang craft niya pagdating sa pag-arte," she said.
The actress revealed that when Star Cinema asked her whom she wants to star opposite in her next project, John Lloyd Cruz was her first choice.
