Bininyagan na si Juan Luis Santos Agoncillo sa Sacred Heart Parish sa Hillsborough, Alabang. Ang baptism ay isinagawa ni Fr. Tito Caluag. Pagkatapos, nagkaroon ng reception sa isang restuarant sa Global City o Fort Bonifacio.
Ilang beses nang nagkuwento sa telebisyon at pahayagan si Ryan Agoncillo tungkol kay baby Lucho (palayaw ng anak nila ni Judy Ann Santos).
Pero hiniling ng mag-asawa na hihintayin muna ang binyag bago nila ipapakita ang larawan nito sa publiko.
Kahapon, may mga nauna nang naglabas ng video at paparazzi photos ng baptism at reception. Gayunpaman, nagpapasalamat pa rin sina Ryan at Juday sa mga miyembro ng press na nirespeto ang kanilang kahilingan.
