After being accused by her long-time manager of "disrespect," young superstar Judy Ann Santos said she is used to her recurring spats Alfie Lorenzo, which have punctuated her decades-long career.

"Kami naman ni Tito Alfie, palagi namang may ganun. Hindi naman lingid sa kaalaman niyo 'yan. May mga moments at napapadalas ang mga moments na 'yan," Santos told reporters on Tuesday.

In her latest publicized rift with the talent manager, Santos was accused by Lorenzo of bypassing him in accepting a lead role in the Joey Reyes-directed independent film "Mga Mumunting Lihim," for which she earned a Best Actress nod along with her fellow cast members.

An entry to the recent Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival, the movie, which also stars Iza Calzado, Janice de Belen and Agot Isidro, is slated for commercial release.

Lorenzo, in late July, also vented his frustration over Reyes' supposed lack of respect, for not having informed him of the young superstar's pro bono involvement in the project.

Weeks after Lorenzo first aired his disappointment in Santos, the young superstar said they have already reconciled and are now in speaking terms.

"Tinawagan ko siya nung panahon na may habagat, kasi nag-alala ako baka nabaha siya. Kinamusta ko siya, okay naman," Santos said, referring to the recent flooding in Metro Manila.

Not one to keep silent on her seemingly habitual tiff with Lorenzo, Santos said they both learn from their disagreements, which are eventually resolved.

"May mga ganung points. At hindi naman maiiwasan, at hindi ko naman din gusto iwasan, kasi sa ganung paraan matututo ka rin. Kasi I'm sure si Tito Alfie, one way or another, may natututunan din," she said.
