The upcoming Star Cinema movie Undo seemed to have lost its original choice of actors playing the lead roles. The movie which revolves around the pains of going through an annulment was originally intended for Kris Aquino and Piolo Pascual.
The multimedia queen, however, said in August that the movie was already cancelled, but later reports revealed that it will still push through with Judy Ann Santos taking over the role originally intended for Kris.
And when we thought there would be a Judy Ann-Piolo movie next year, news came out that Piolo will not be in the movie anymore. The name of John Lloyd Cruz popped up as his replacement.
I wonder, though, if Aryana star Ella Cruz will also be replaced in the role of the daughter.
Chito S. Roño is directing the movie which, based on the storyline alone, will be a heavy drama. The inclusion of John Lloyd and Judy Ann in the movie made it more exciting. They are two of the most sensitive actors in local showbiz and they are known to have been very effective in the roles they portray.
Meanwhile, John Lloyd is seen weeknights in the teleserye A Beautiful Affair where he showcases his superb acting skills. Judy Ann, on the other hand, is seen weekday mornings hosting the cooking game show MasterChef Pinoy Edition.
