— Actress Judy Ann Santos wowed her fans with her healthy body and fresh look as she made a successful comeback this year.

Santos shared that her “secret” to looking good is her “confidence”.

“Siguro kapag confident ka. Kung mayroon kang taong masasandalan na alam mo ‘yung tao eh makakasama mo for the rest of your life. Iba ‘yung confidence na naibibigay sa iyo noon,” said actress, referring to her husband, television host and actor Ryan Agoncillo.

Santos added that she is also making an effort to look good in the eyes of her husband.

“May conscious effort. Mayroon talaga. After giving birth to Lucio. Nag-wallow muna ako sa 165 lbs. At sabi ko yayakapin ko muna itong malaki kong bilbil hanggang sa manawa muna ako,” she said. “In fairness kay Ryan, even noong nagpapapayat na ako, hindi niya ako nakitang mataba. I think ‘yun yata tala ang love.”

“Pareho sa aming dalawa, may conscious effort to dress up for each other. Si Ryan, what I really like about him and what I really love about him is, well, he texts me out of the blue in a day and tells me ‘I forgot to tell you, ‘you were really amazing last night.’ It makes a difference when ‘you look amazing.’”

Meanwhile, Santos, who is currently a host and judge on “MasterChef Pinoy Edition,” is hoping to do more “serious” projects next year.

“Maybe more projects na mas medyo seryoso because 2012 was a very good year for me, ‘yung pagtanggap ng tao sa akin pagbalik ko from pregnancy. It was an overwhelming comeback. In 2013, sana makagawa ng mga pelikulang pang-acting talaga, hinahanap ko din siya. Siguro ‘yung puso ko sa acting is longing for that part already, and more time with my kids. I don’t know how to do it but I know I can do it,” she said. (MNS)
