MANILA, Philippines - Judy Ann Santos refuses to lend credence to persistent rumors dogging her husband, Ryan Agoncillo, who has been accused of supposedly engaging in extra-marital relations.

Apparently, she believes the malicious insinuations vacuous, if downright preposterous.

“I guess hindi mo maiaalis ang mga ganyang tsismis sa isang couple na masaya ang pagsasama,” said she, nonchalantly shrugging the matter in an interview on “The Buzz” on Sunday.

Seemingly exasperated about the accusation, which has been feeding the rumor mill since last year, Santos pointed to some ne’er-do-wells that are apparently intent on the destruction of their happy union.

“Pupukpukin at pupukpukin talaga kayo ng intriga hanggang masaya kayong dalawa,” she said.

“‘Pag naghiwalay naman kayo, pipilitin naman kayong magkabalikan. ‘Pag masaya naman kayo, pipilitin kayong paghiwalayin. Pero ako, kung saan na lang sila masaya, kung naniniwala sila sa gusto nila paniwalaan, go. Hindi ako makikipag-debate sa kanila,” she added.

In previous interviews, Santos had repeatedly denied snags in her relationship with Agoncillo because of an alleged third party.

Late last year, she went public parrying allegations that she has been closely guarding her husband because of a certain actress.
