Judy Ann Santos Doesn’t Mind Being In Daytime Slot

I guess some have taken umbrage to the fact that Judy Ann Santos’ new season of Masterchef Pinoy Edition is on daytime, morning block to be specific. Juday doesn’t mind of course but some have asked her if she does.

Sanay nga naman ang mga taong nakikita siya sa primetime kaya naman natanong ang reaksyon niya sa oras ng bagong show.

“OK lang naman. Maiba naman. Wala naman akong nakikitang masama kung makita ka from a primetime show to a daytime show. Ahhh, hindi naman nagbago ang suweldo, ‘di ba? Susmaryosep naman! Kung nagbago ang suweldo, saka ako magre-react.

“At saka maganda naman ang oras namin sa umaga. Doon din nagsisimula ang oras ng mga tao. Nandiyan ang Kris TV, nandiyan ang Please Be Careful With My Heart and then the Masterchef. Kumbaga, it’s gonna be a fun morning starting November 12.

“Kumbaga, may madadagdag! Masaya na siya bago kami pumasok. Ngayon, mas magiging juicy lang siya pagdating ng airing namin. Magiging full day ang ABS.

“Walang grudges! Care ko. Pasalamat na lang ako at may programa. May pang-Christmas! Happy, happy lang ako! May movie pa!” paliwanag ni Juday.(source)

It’s interesting why some people would even think Juday will have a problem with ABS-CBN just because she’s on a the morning block instead of primetime. Or even use this as a promo slant, HEH! Masterchef is basically a lifestyle-reality show. One would think that that obvious fact would make these people understand why it makes sense for Masterchef to be on daytime. It’s not like it’s part of a Cooking network wherein all the shows involve food andcooking, from sunrise to sunset. I could understand then if the shows are competing for the primetime slot but that’s not the case here. In any event, Masterchef will premiere on November 12 at 10:30am.
