Judy Ann Santos, Ryan Agoncillo’s wife, is set to give birth in four to eight weeks.  And excitement is written all over Ryan’s face as he answered the press’ questions during the press conference of Enervon C, his latest endorsement. He revealed that they’re very much ready when the day comes.  “I’m very excited kasi yan na eh. Lapit na. ilang simba na lang yun. Medyo yung gamit ng bata, kumpleto na. Yung room ng bata patapos na rin—yung nursery, gamit ni mommy sa pag-aalaga mukhang kumpleto na rin.”

Ryan has been generous in sharing the baby’s condition in Juday’s womb. “Last month ang nakita namin saultrasound, suhi. Meaning unang lalabas ang paa. Pero nagtagilid na sya. So we’re hoping in the next few weeks, tumuloy na ang pag-ikot nya.”

Ryan also revealed that they have decided to be hands-on parents, which is completely unexpected given the couple’s demanding and soaring careers.  But he stated, “It’s actually Juday’s decision. I was surprised also. Sabi ko nga, parang masyado kang nadadalian sa pagbubuntis ah! Sabi nya ayaw daw nya mag-yayaright away, kasi nagpapahanap kami ng midwife. Sabi nya gusto nya munang tingnan kung hanggang saan nya mapu-push yung pangangarir sa pagiging ina.”

When asked what he wants to tell his son 18 years from now, Ryan shared a cute and funny message. “Kung halimbawang uso pa ang video tape by the time you’re 18, anak, kung napapanood mo ‘to… dating bata si Daddy! Ayos pare!” And to Judy Ann he said, “Ang masasabi ko lang sa’yo Misis, ayos pare!”

The couple will name their son Juan Luis and will be nicknamed Lucho.
